Barbara Beatrice Turner

Barbara Beatrice Turner, 90, a resident of Valparaiso, FL for over 45 years, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in a local hospital.  She was born August 16, 1928 in White Point, GA.  Bea was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Mattie Mae Williams.

She loved reading, camping, travelling, and spending time with her family.  She was a devoted wife to husband, John, who had a very distinguished military career in the U. S. Air Force before retiring.  She was also a devoted parent and loyal friend who was a general favorite with her friends and associates. 

Bea is survived by her son, John David Turner and his wife, Laura of Sacramento, CA; daughter, Barbara Lee Nash and her husband, Luther of Valparaiso, FL; sister, Annelle Williams of Sharpsburg, GA; brother, Leon Williams and his wife, Peggy of Athens, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
