Brian Yancey Ross

Brian Yancey Ross of Freeport, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at the age of 59. A gathering of friends and family will be held at 10:00 AM followed by a celebration of life service at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 20th. Both will be held at McLaughlin Twin Cities Funeral Home, 1405 E John Sims Pkwy, Niceville, FL 32578.

Brian was born May 30, 1962, in Ridgecrest, CA to his mother, Hazel, and father, Dr. Merle Ross. Brian graduated from Niceville High School in 1981. He spent his last years as an exceptional diesel mechanic. He was an avid motorcyclist with an extensive collection. His free time was spent tinkering in the garage, watching a good movie, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by mother, Hazel Ross; brother, Garret Ross; daughter, Briana Ross, and daughter Savannah & husband James Sheffield with their children, Raelynn and Kason Sheffield. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Merle Ross.
