James Allen Dennis, Sr.

James (Jim) Dennis, 75, of Niceville, FL passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 9, 2022. He passed due to a combination of preexisting conditions and COVID19.

Jim leaves behind his son Kevin, daughter in law Theresa, two beloved grandchildren Taegan and Skylar, brother Lee, and sister Lela. He was preceded in death by wife Wanda, daughter Heather, son James, and sisters Alice and Sylvia.

Jim served honorably in the Air Force, retiring at the rank of Master Sergent after earning multiple decorations through times of conflict in Vietnam and in peace. His service extended into daily life where he constantly put others ahead of himself. Quick to lend a hand or offer advice, Jim gave of himself to many individuals and organizations in the community. He was a beloved father and grandfather who will be missed by many.

There will be a celebration of life at McLaughlin Twin Cities Funeral Home in Niceville on the 1st of February at 3 PM. Come share a fond memory and sign the guest book.
