Patricia Cecilia Ricchio

Patricia Ricchio, 74, passed away on September 22, 2019 at Covenant Care Hospice Center in Pensacola, Florida.

Patricia was born on April 16th, 1945 in Blue Island, Illinois the daughter of Paschal and Helen Ricchio.  She was preceded in death by her parents and by her caring brother, Lawrence “Larry” Ricchio.

Pat loved shrimp and was kept well supplied by Larry & his family.

She also loved and was loved by the family dog, Pixie. Pat loved all her animals and her bird while they were part of her life.  It was little known that Pat was the author of the book, “JUJU, the Ft. Walton Beach Detective with Sidekick Buddy.”  Written about her pets.

She is survived by her sister, Rosemary (Arthur) Kent of Allouez, Michigan, her sister-in-law, Tammy “Suzy” Ricchio of Niceville, Florida and her nieces and nephews, Angel, Lauren, Jessica, Vincent, Matthew, Patrick (Heather) of Niceville, Lisa Mezydlo of Joliet, Illinois, Mark Mezydlo of Mohawk, Michigan, along with their children.

A funeral mass will be at  Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 10:00 AM.  Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery.

She left this earth to soon and will be greatly missed by all.
