Richard Lee Robley

Richard L. Robley, age 78, of Niceville, Florida, passed away on January 20, 2021. Richard was born on August 15, 1942 to parents Roy E. & Mary Robley.

He graduated high school in Massachusetts and entered the Coast Guard 1962-1966. Five days later Richard entered the United States Air Force. He retired 30 years later as a Command Chief (1990). After retirement Richard and Jeana moved to Florida where he was employed at Okaloosa Walton Community College for 16 years.

Richard is predeceased by daughter Ginna, father Roy E. Robley. He is survived by his wife Jeana, mother Mary Robley, daughter Cindy, granddaughters Amanda and Bethany. Two brothers Patrick and Terry. Three sisters, Coleen, Bonnie and Therse.

A rosary will be prayed at 9:30 AM at Holy Name of Jesus followed by a funeral service to be conducted on Wednesday, January 27th at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place at a later date in Texas.
