Rita Golden, 89, of Valparaiso, FL, died Friday, September 11th 2020 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, FL. She was retired from Eglin Air Force Base as a Staffing Specialist.

Rita was born on September 5, 1931 in Graceville, Florida, predeceased by father, William Kennon Golden and mother, Annie Ruth Golden, brothers, William Kennon Golden, Jr. (Jean) and Robert Donald Golden. Rita graduated from Graceville High School.

She was an active member of Crosspoint Methodist Church in Niceville, Florida. She loved her church, and the congregation gave their hearts and much loving support to Rita. In addition, she was active in the Republican National Party.

Rita Golden is survived by her niece, Suzanne Golden Harrison (Calvin), her nephew, Ronald Scott Golden (Antoinette), her great niece, Katherine Nicole Golden, her great nephews, Alexander Scott Golden (Hollie) and Broderick Reese Golden, and sister-in-law, Ann Golden Harden.

Rita loved her church, her community, and her nation, and she will be missed by many.
