William Samuel Keel

William Samuel Keel, “Sam” passed away peacefully on Tuesday the 13th of October 2020 at the Age of 75. Sam was a native of Florida. He was born on July 2, 1945 in Crestview to William and Edith Keel. Sam was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Frances Alward, and brothers Andrew Keel and Richard Keel.

Sam was a kind and gentle soul. He was always helping others in need.

Sam is survived by his fiancée Marion Richard of Niceville, FL and her children Beth Nibblett (Steven), Scotty Richard, grandchildren, Savanna Garner and Bubby Nibblett, his sister Mary Ann Manley and her children Robert Manley and Melissa Parman, brother-in-law George Alward and his children Elise Sweeney and Karen Loomer, sisters and brother-in-law Lee & Max Kline, Emilia & Mike Chittum and their daughter Kristi Chittum.

Sam also had a lot of great nieces and great nephews.

Sam retired from the Northwest Florida Daily News.
